随着我国旅游业与文化产业的结合,旅游与文化形成了相互促进的良性发展,本文通过对旅游文化产业的综述研究,分析了我国旅游文化产业的发展现状,提出现在我国旅游文化产业存在对旅游文化产业开始重视但是实际投入较低,缺乏对旅游文化产业的一种正确的理解和认识,缺乏一个系统化的旅游文化产业相关的法律体系,旅游文化产业的人才稀缺,对旅游文化的保护不足。可以通过加强政策支持加强对旅游文化产业的投入,加强知识产权保护建立一系列旅游文化产业发展的法律制度,整合特色的旅游文化产业,加加强对旅游文化产业人才的培养,抓住新的《旅游法》实施的机遇,严格法律制度,制度产业政策来更好的发展我国旅游文化产业。
