本文主要通过对精细化管理的内涵和相关理论进行阐述,对经济型酒店的精细化管理的现状进分析行。文章从服务体现精细化;树立成本意识;精简组织结构;全面运用信息化管理四方面提出解决酒店的精细化管理的措施。近几年来,精细化管理在我国制造业、房地产业、城市建设等多个领域都得到不断探索和发展。精细化管理是一种管理理念和管理技术,它通过规则的系统化和细化,运用程序化、标准化和数据化的手段,使组织管理各单元精确、高效、协同和持续运行。同时也是企业由粗放式管理向集约化管理转变的必经之路,是传统经验管理向科学量化管理转变的基本要求。
This article mainly elaborates the connotation of fine management and related theories, and analyzes the current situation of fine management of economy hotels. Article reflects the refinement from the service; establish cost awareness; streamline the organizational structure; full use of information management in four respects to solve the hotel’s refined management measures. In recent years, meticulous management has been continuously explored and developed in various fields such as manufacturing industry, real estate industry and urban construction in our country. Delicacy management is a kind of management concept and management technology. It makes the organization and management units precise, efficient, coordinated and continuous operation through the systematization and refinement of rules and the application of procedures, standardization and dataization. It is also the only way for enterprises to transform from extensive management to intensive management, and is the basic requirement for the transformation from traditional experience management to quantitative management of science.
