农业生产上解决干旱问题的有效办法,除兴修水利进行灌溉外,选用抗旱品种,也能取得较好收成。为了较快而准确地进行抗旱性育种,我们选种了两个春小麦品种,在人工控制的干旱条件下,测定了有关水分生理指标,取得了一些数据和结果。材料和方法供试材料为春小麦品种——甘肃96和榆中红。试验是在玻璃防雨棚内进行,共设8个试验小区,小区面积为0.01亩。每区播种1品种,重复2次,人工控制灌水,其他按一般大田管理。各项测定方法:1.土壤含水量用烘干称重法;2.小麦叶片含水量用称重法;3.小麦
In agriculture, an effective solution to the drought problem can be achieved by selecting drought-resistant varieties instead of water conservancy projects. In order to carry out drought-resistant breeding faster and more accurately, we selected two spring wheat varieties and measured the relevant water physiological indexes under artificial controlled drought conditions. Some data and results were obtained. Materials and Methods The tested materials were spring wheat varieties - Gansu 96 and Yuzhonghong. Test is carried out in the glass rain canopy, a total of eight pilot area, the plot area of 0.01 acres. 1 species sowing in each area, repeat 2 times, artificial irrigation control, the other according to the general field management. The determination of the method: 1. Soil moisture content with the drying method of weighing; 2. Wheat leaf water content by weighing method; 3. Wheat
