我国的工伤保险制度经历了十多年的改革,由原劳动部颁布的《企业职工工伤保险试行办法》到国务院制定的《工伤保险条例》,工伤保险的立法层次逐步提高,日渐完善的工伤保险制度对改革发展稳定大局发挥了重要作用。
