依法执政是我们党的基本执政方式,提高依法执政能力是我们党执政能力建设的重要内容。依法执政是我们党执政的合法性基础,也是时代发展的必然要求;只有坚持依法执政,才能巩固我们党的执政地位,使党的事业立于不败之地;只有加强和提高党的依法执政能力,才能不断完善民主与法治,加快我国的法治化进程,保证国家的长治久安。
Governing the country according to law is the basic governing style of our party.
