合理的收入分配是社会公平的重要体现。当前我国人民生活总体上达到小康水平,但与此同时收入分配差距拉大的趋势还未得到根本扭转,特别是城乡居民收入差距、区域间居民收入差距、行业间收入差距日趋明显。十七大报告指出,要“扩大转移支付,强化税收调节,打破经营垄断,创造机会公平,整顿分配秩序,逐步扭转收入分配差距扩大趋势”。这给当前收入分配制度改革提出了新的课题,也让人们看到更多希望。
Reasonable income distribution is an important manifestation of social fairness. At present, the people’s livelihood in our country has generally reached a relatively comfortable standard. However, at the same time, the trend of widening the income distribution gap has not been fundamentally reversed. In particular, the income gap between urban and rural residents, the income gap between regions and the income gap among industries have become increasingly clear. The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to “expand the transfer payment, strengthen tax regulation, break the monopoly of operation, create fair opportunities, rectify the distribution order, and gradually reverse the trend of widening the income distribution gap.” This poses new issues for the current reform of the income distribution system and gives people more hope.
