为了评价溴氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐防制嗜人按蚊及其防疟效果的成本效益。通过对以往资料的分析表明,试验区与对照区比较,试验区嗜人按蚊密度下降85%~90%;浸帐后试验区疟疾发病率可减少64.7%~89.0%。按人均处理面积核算成本,溴氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐法(浸泡蚊帐10.19m2/人)的费用为0.244元/人;DDT室内滞留喷洒(30.97m2/人)的费用为0.708元/人;溴氰菊酯室内滞留喷洒(30.97m2/人)的费用为1.024元/人。三者成本比率为1∶2.9∶4.2。研究结果表明,使用溴氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐防制疟疾媒介,可控制疟疾传播和减少疟疾发病率;并且使用方法简易,群众易掌握;成本比滞留喷洒低,对人畜安全,对蚊帐无腐蚀损坏作用
To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of deltamethrin-impregnated mosquito nets against Anopheles anthracis and its effectiveness against malaria. The analysis of past data shows that the density of Anopheles anthropophagus in the experimental area is reduced by 85% -90% compared with that in the control area.
