雄性昆明小鼠甲基汞经口染毒3个月,透射电镜观察小鼠睾丸各级生精细胞及精子超微结构的改变。结果表明,甲基汞染毒各剂量组均有不同程度的生精细胞和精子超微结构改变。精原细胞和精母细胞表现为细胞退行性改变,细胞空泡化,核膜溶解,线粒体肿胀,出现大脂滴、异常颗粒及细胞碎片。精子细胞以空泡化和顶体改变为主,顶体非对称发育,膨出肿胀并伴有表面膜及线粒体鞘破坏。部分细胞紧密连接破坏。能谱分析未见甲基汞沉积颗粒。
Methylmercury in male Kunming mice was orally exposed for 3 months. The ultrastructural changes of spermatogenic cells and spermatozoa were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that all doses of methylmercury exposure groups have varying degrees of ultrastructural changes of spermatogenic cells and sperm. Spermatogonia and spermatocytes showed degeneration of cells, cell vacuolization, nuclear membrane lysis, mitochondria swelling, large lipid droplets, abnormal particles and cell debris. Sperm cells with vacuolization and acrosome changes mainly, acrosomal asymmetric development, swelling swelling and accompanied by the surface membrane and mitochondrial sheath destruction. Some cells are damaged by tight junctions. No methylmercury deposition particles were observed by EDS.
