利用各化学组分培养菌种采用MTT法、对照法、紫外分光光度法测定各活力。根据本实验所用菌种的特殊性,测得其有效活菌数,获得化肥配方对生物有机肥有效活菌数测定的配方为基础培养基添加各化肥组分,生物有机肥0.1g/100mL。实验结果表明:化肥组分配伍对生物有机肥有效活菌数影响甚大。
MTT method was used to culture the strains of each chemical component, and the control method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to measure the vitality. According to the peculiarities of the strains used in this experiment, the effective viable count was measured, and the formula of the effective viable count of bio-organic fertilizer was obtained for the formula of chemical fertilizer as the basic medium to add various chemical fertilizer components and bio-organic fertilizer 0.1g / 100mL. The experimental results show that: the compatibility of chemical fertilizer components has a great effect on the viable count of bio-organic fertilizer.
