本文介绍了聊城市民文化中心地下室结构自防水施工的情况,采用了掺加UEA-D膨胀剂的补偿收缩混凝土。以混凝土强度性能、限制膨胀率为目标,兼顾混凝土施工性能,通过试验确定了基础筏板、防水外墙及车库顶板的施工配合比,并在沉降后浇带部位采用了超前止水措施,工程取得了良好的自防水效果。
This paper introduces the self-waterproofing construction of the basement of Liaocheng Civil Culture Center, and uses the compensated shrinkage concrete mixed with UEA-D expansive agent. Taking concrete strength performance and limiting expansion rate as the goals, taking into account the construction performance of concrete, the construction mix of the basic rafts, waterproofing facades and garage roof was determined through experiments and advanced water-stopping measures were adopted in the pouring zone after the settlement. Has made a good self-waterproof effect.
