为了满足卫星通讯地面站接收系统的要求,需要设计、制作工作在20K以下环境温度的500MC宽带参量放大器。为此,结合在低温下工作的特点,首先对室温下工作的500MC宽带参量放大器进行仔细地研究,获得良好的技术性能,是最终实现在低温下达到其技术指标的第一步。本文根据我们实践的在S波段内既定信号中心频率上,增益为10db,1db带宽等于500MC的参量放大器,就宽带参量放大器的研制叙述几个问题。
In order to meet the requirements of satellite communication ground station receiving system, it is necessary to design and manufacture a 500MC broadband parametric amplifier working at an ambient temperature below 20K. To this end, combined with the characteristics of the work at low temperatures, first of all to work at room temperature 500MC broadband parametric amplifier carefully studied to obtain good technical performance, is finally achieved at low temperatures to achieve its technical indicators of the first step. Based on our practice of a parametric amplifier with a gain of 10 db and a 1 dB bandwidth equal to 500 MC at the given signal center frequency in the S-band, several problems are described with respect to the development of wideband parametric amplifiers.
