随着建筑业的发展,钢管脚手架已为各施工单位普遍采用,而连接钢管脚手架就离不开扣件。施工中怎样正确使用扣件,是防止事故发生和保障人身安全的重要环节。目前制作扣件的材料有三种:一是可锻铸铁;一种是铸钢;还有一种是钢板冲压件。其中以可锻铸铁最实用和经济,应用最广。
With the development of the construction industry, steel pipe scaffolding has been widely adopted by construction units, and the connection of steel pipe scaffolds cannot be separated from fasteners. How to correctly use fasteners in construction is an important part of preventing accidents and ensuring personal safety. At present, there are three kinds of materials used to make fasteners: one is malleable iron; the other is cast steel; and the other is steel stamping. Among them, malleable cast iron is the most practical and economical and the most widely used.
