将Gran Ⅱ方程与滴定平衡结合起来,经回归处理后,仅从回归方程的斜率和截距项便能简捷地求出滴定终点及电离常数。用已知浓度的碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠验证了其理论和实验方法的正确性,并用此法测定了螺旋藻养殖池水样中该两物质的含量。测定值与投放值一致;条件电离常数与手册值相近;各直线的相关系数r=0.9999;95%置信度的终点误差为0.03~0.06mL.
Combining the Gran II equation with the titration equilibrium, the end points and ionization constants of the titration can be determined simply and simply from the slope and intercept terms of the regression equation after regression. Using the known concentration of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate to verify the correctness of the theoretical and experimental methods, this method was used to determine the content of these two substances in the spirulina culture pond water samples. The measured values were consistent with the put-on values. The conditional ionization constant was close to the manual value. The correlation coefficient of each line was r = 0.9999. The end point error of 95% confidence was 0.03-0.06 mL.
