多种恶性肿瘤的发生过程都与m iRNA的异位表达有关,其中就包括了Kaposi′s肉瘤相关疱疹病毒(KSHV)引起的一系列恶性肿瘤。目前科学家在KSHV m iRNAs影响宿主细胞免疫系统、调节细胞周期和改变生物学行为的机制等方面取得了一定进展,而这些进展也将促进目前对KSHV引起的恶性肿瘤的预防和治疗。现将以KSHV m iRNA为研究对象,对其在KSHV致病机制中作用的最新研究进展予以综述。
A variety of malignancies occur during ectopic expression of miRNAs and include a series of malignancies caused by Kaposi’s sarcoid herpes simplex virus (KSHV). At present, scientists have made some progress in KSHV mRNAs affecting the host cell immune system, regulating the cell cycle and changing the biological behavior of the mechanism, and these advances will also promote the current prevention and treatment of KSHV-induced malignancies. The current research progress of KSHV m iRNA in the pathogenesis of KSHV is reviewed.
