舵系统是导弹制导控制系统的执行部件,舵系统的工作大电流扰动直接影响到弹上电源乃至弹上各分系统的工作可靠性。另外,外界对舵系统本身的干扰以及舵系统内部各舵回路之间的相互干扰,都将对舵系统工作的稳定性产生不良影响,进而影响到弹上控制系统工作的稳定性。通过对舵系统的组成及工作原理的分析,找出了伺服机型舵系统的干扰因素,针对各干扰因素采取了抗干扰措施,并有重点地对抗干扰措施进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,采取的抗干扰措施对提高舵系统的抗干扰能力是行之有效的。
The rudder system is the executive component of the missile guidance and control system. The operation of the rudder system has a direct impact on the reliability of the operation of the subsystems on the bombs. In addition, the external interference to the rudder system and the mutual interference between the rudder circuits inside the rudder system will have an adverse effect on the stability of the work of the rudder system, thereby affecting the stability of the control system on the bomb. Through the analysis of the composition and working principle of the rudder system, the interference factors of the servo model rudder system are found out, the anti-interference measures are taken for each disturbance factor, and the anti-interference measures are emphatically tested. The experimental results show that the anti-jamming measures taken are effective in improving the anti-interference ability of the rudder system.
