我科应用冶金部贵金属研究所合成的顺式—二氯二氨合铂(Ⅱ),简称顺铂(Cisplatin 缩写为DDP)配合Co~(60)体外放疗。从1981年5～10月治疗各种晚期癌症70余例,取得了较好的效果。
Our department applied Metallurgical Institute of Precious Metals synthesis of cis-dichloro-ammonia platinum (Ⅱ), referred to as Cisplatin (DDP) with Co ~ (60) in vitro radiotherapy. From May 1981 to October treatment of various advanced cancer more than 70 cases, and achieved good results.
