中国的民营企业大都选择了家族治理模式,这与家族企业在公司治理方面所具有特殊的效率密不可分。家族企业能否顺利延续并保持其繁荣,在很大程度上取决于能否成功地解决传承问题。“子承父业”是目前中国家族企业传承的主流模式,这种代际传承模式的选择是由我国的国情、民情所决定的;但要成功传承,化解交班过程中可能产生的危机,家族企业创始人应高瞻远瞩,及早谋划,有计划、有步骤地对继任者进行培养,并通过有效的制度安排,合理确定企业的开放边界,向现代家族企业演进。
