作为国际卓越知识网络中心,英国学术研究居世界领先地位。单位研究人员和研究经费的论文、引证频次和高引论文产出量均居世界首位。大学卓越研究、多元融资渠道、卓越取向科研评估体制以及国际科研合作共同促生了英国学术研究卓越。借鉴英国经验,为提升学术研究国际竞争力,我国应建立可持续性多元研究资助体制和卓越研究评估机制,创建大学卓越研究集群,加强国际科研合作力度。
As a center of excellence in international knowledge, academic research in the United Kingdom is the world leader. Units of researchers and research funding papers, cited frequency and high cited papers output ranks first in the world. University excellence research, multi-funding channels, orientation of scientific research evaluation system and international cooperation in scientific research jointly contributed to the excellence of British academic research. To draw lessons from the British experience, in order to enhance the international competitiveness of academic research, China should establish a sustainable multi-research funding system and an excellent research evaluation mechanism, create a university research cluster of excellence, and strengthen international cooperation in scientific research.
