Due to the long period of supply of high-value imported spare parts and the premature procurement of manufacturing plants in general, the inventories of spare parts for hoods kept accumulating. Hongyun Group, with an annual output of 5.36 million boxes of cigarettes, administered Kunming Cigarette Factory, Honghe Cigarette Factory and Qujing Cigarette Factory, Huize Cigarette Factory, Xinjiang Cigarette Factory, Wulanhaote Cigarette Factory 6 production plants, holding Shanxi Kunming Tobacco Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Kunming Cigarette Co., Ltd. For a long time, the Group has adopted a “centralized bidding and decentralized operation” model of picking and supplying of spare parts for use as a zero-guarantee for cigarette manufacturing equipment.
