迟发性内淋巴积水是一个疾病实体。本文综述了此病的病因、病理及临床表现。治疗原则是,同侧型迟发性内淋巴积水药物治疗无效可行迷路切除术,对侧型迟发性内淋巴积水以药物及保守性手术治疗为主。
Delayed endolymphatic hydrops is a disease entity. This article summarizes the etiology, pathology and clinical manifestations of the disease. The principle of treatment is that ipsilateral late delayed endolymphatic hydropsicolysis therapy is not feasible via labyctomy, contralateral delayed endolymphatic hydrops with drugs and conservative surgery.
