目的:应用离心分配色谱选择和优化两相溶剂体系,对葡萄糖酸氯己定软膏的主成分进行定量分析。方法:优化后的溶剂体系为:正己烷-乙腈-水(2:1:1,v/v/v),进样溶媒:5%吐温80的水溶液,选样体积:1.0 ml。结果:通过离心分配色谱技术对葡萄糖酸氯己定软膏主成分进行分析定量,在0.041 2~0.206 mg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.998 1),平均回收率为98.5%(RSD=1.0%)。结论:该分析方法能够准确定量葡萄糖酸氯己定软膏主成分的含量,丰富了软膏含量测定的分析方法,促进其在软膏类药品检验的应用。
OBJECTIVE: To select and optimize the two-phase solvent system by centrifugal distribution chromatography and to quantitatively analyze the main components of chlorhexidine gluconate ointment. Methods: The optimized solvent system was n-hexane-acetonitrile-water (2: 1: 1, v / v / v) and injection solution: 5% Tween 80 in water. Results: The main constituents of chlorhexidine gluconate ointment were analyzed and quantified by centrifugation. The linear range was 0.041 2 ~ 0.206 mg · ml -1 (r = 0.998 1). The average recovery was 98.5 % (RSD = 1.0%). Conclusion: This method can accurately quantify the main components of chlorhexidine gluconate ointment, enrich the analysis method of ointment content, and promote its application in ointment testing.
