比较了大蒜、姜黄、青蒿、桔皮以及花椒挥发油的杀虫活性。以朱砂叶螨为试虫通过生物测定方法得出桔皮挥发油的杀虫活性最佳,并对桔皮挥发油进行了乳油剂型的初配。再通过生物测定的方法测得桔皮挥发油乳油的对朱砂叶螨的致死中浓度LC50为1.711.24mL/L,了解桔皮挥发油乳油的毒力。并对桔皮挥发油乳油的应用前景进行一些分析。
The insecticidal activities of garlic, turmeric, annua, orange peel and Zanthoxylum bungeanum were compared. The best insecticidal activity of volatile oil of orange peel was determined by bioassay with Tetranychus cinnabarinus as test insects and the initial formulation of the volatile oil of orange peel was given. The bioassay method was used to determine the lethal LC50 value of volatile oil of orange peel, which was 1.711.24mL / L, on the turfgrass mite, to understand the virulence of orange peel volatile oil EC. And the orange peel volatile oil EC prospects for some analysis.
