正当我国处在深刻变革、飞速发展的崭新历史时期,南阳地委行署批准:“南阳县辟出小特区——南阳漯河经济开发区”。这是一项具有冲破盆地意识,面向国内外两大市场,参与国内外两个大循环,实行双向推进,迅速发展南阳经济的战略决策。这项决策提得好,提得及时,符合形势的需要,符合盆地实际。可以预料,南阳盆地通过“小特区”这个对外开放、对内搞活的“窗口”,必将带动南阳的经济起飞。本文就盆地的自然条件、矿产资源、农业资源、历史基础、盆地的需要等方面加以论证,以便开发者参考。
At a time when our country is in a brand-new historical period of profound change and rapid development, Nanyang Commission for Discipline Inspection approves: “Nanyang County has opened a special economic zone - Nanyang Luohe Economic Development Zone.” This is a strategic decision to break through the basin consciousness, face two markets at home and abroad, participate in the two major cycles at home and abroad, carry out a two-way promotion and rapidly develop the economy of Nanyang. This decision is well-made, timely and in line with the needs of the situation, in line with the actual basin. It can be predicted that the opening of Nanyang Basin through the “special economic zone” as a “window” for invigorating China will surely bring about the economic take-off of Nanyang. In this paper, the natural conditions of the basin, mineral resources, agricultural resources, historical basis, the needs of the basin and so on to demonstrate, for developers reference.
