发展党内民主是马克思主义政党的重要属性,是党的生命所系,是坚持党的民主集中制原则的重要内容和带动人民民主的重要引擎。党内民主制度建设是发展党内民主的根本保障,党内民主的制度化是发展党内民主的根本性、全局性、战略性问题。中国共产党成立90年来,在党内民主制度化建设中经历了积极的探索,也遇到过曲折和破坏。本文通过对党内民主制度化的历史考察,提出党内民主制度建设的基本经验、历史启示和发展诉求。
To develop inner-party democracy is an important attribute of a Marxist political party, it is a part of the party’s life, an important element of upholding the principle of democratic centralism and an important engine for promoting people’s democracy. The construction of inner-party democracy is the fundamental guarantee for the development of inner-party democracy. The institutionalization of inner-party democracy is a fundamental, overall and strategic issue for developing inner-party democracy. In the 90 years since the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, it has undergone active exploration in the institutionalization of inner-party democratization and has also encountered twists and turns. Through the historical investigation of the democratization of the inner-party democracy, this paper puts forward the basic experience, historical enlightenment and development appeal of the inner-party democracy construction.
