灰葡萄孢分生孢子萌发的最适温度为 1 9℃ ,萌发率达 94 .3 %;在空气较多的环境中孢子萌发率较高 ,达87.8%,淹水则不利于孢子萌发 ,萌发率仅为 5.8%。 1 %蔗糖、1 %葡萄糖、1 %乳糖、1 %硫酸铵、0 .2 mol/ L磷酸二氢钾、番茄汁液都可以促进分生孢子萌发 ,以 1 %蔗糖效果最好。分生孢子在 p H3~ 9的条件下均可萌发 ,以 p H5最为适宜。孢子悬浮液在高浓度 ( 6× 1 0 5以上 )下会抑制孢子萌发 ,光照和黑暗处理对孢子的萌发影响不大
