桥梁单板受力病害顾名思义即装配式板梁桥横向联接破坏,横向分布失效,造成车轮直接作用于单个板梁,使其独自承受行车荷载。病害严重影响了桥梁的使用安全,造成桥面铺装和铰缝结构的损害,破坏了桥梁功能的整体性,引起荷载横向分布不利变化和桥面板的内力集中。如不及时处理,逐渐使桥梁承载能力进一步降低和桥面板产生结构性破坏。这一病害已经引起了高速公路管理部门及上级政府部门的高度重视。现分析了这些病害形成的原因,提出了具体解决措施,同时,依据这些病害产生的原因,简要的介绍了施工工艺。
As the name suggests, the bridge veneer stress disease damage is caused by the lateral connection of the prefabricated girder bridge and the transverse distribution failure, which causes the wheel to directly act on a single girder and bear the driving load alone. The disease seriously affected the safety of the bridge, damaged the deck pavement and the hinge joint structure, destroyed the integrity of the bridge function, caused the unfavorable changes of the transverse load distribution and the concentration of the internal force of the bridge deck. If not handled in time, it will gradually reduce the bearing capacity of the bridge and the structural damage of the bridge deck. This disease has caused the highway management department and higher government departments attach great importance. The reasons for the formation of these diseases are analyzed and concrete solutions are put forward. At the same time, based on the causes of these diseases, the construction process is briefly introduced.
