一部机器里面,如果零部件之间“不匹配”,要么机器磨损加剧,功率降低,要么某些零件被换掉。一个不了解企业经营管理的人,绝对当不好工会干部。因为,这类工会干部常常凭主观臆断搞活动,与经营者常呈“不匹配”状。虽然,受篇幅和主题所限,本文完全没有触及企业工会的作为,但事实上,祥云集团工会与企业行政的“匹配”堪称典范。本文所述很多“故事”,很多都是工会组织在帮行政“运作”。本期编发此文,意在让工会干部了解企业经营管理者的一些“套路”、“窍门”,并从中悟出如何“围绕中心”,选准工会工作的“匹配点”!
