通过对我县财政监管、合理保证财政资金安全的调查,深刻感受到如何有效实施财政监管是我们当前的重要挑战,如何合理保证财政资金安全是我们当前义不容辞的责任。只有正确认识财政监管与合理保证财政资金安全的关系,客观面对财政监管不力、引发财政资金安全的主要问题,从介入政策制定、推进财政改革、加强财政监管三方面入手,合理保证财政资金安全工作将取得较好成效。
Through the investigation of the financial supervision in our county and the reasonable assurance of the safety of the financial funds, it is deeply felt how to effectively implement the financial supervision is an important challenge for us. How to ensure the security of the financial funds reasonably is our current and unshirkable responsibility.
