目的:探讨尼尔雌醇与米索前列醇在绝经期妇女取环前应用的疗效。方法:将204例绝经期取环妇女随机分为两组,观察组120例,对照组84例,观察组于取环前应用尼尔雌醇与米索前列醇,对照组不用任何药物。观察两组宫颈软化程度及扩张情况、取环成功率。结果:观察组宫颈软化及扩张明显优于对照组(P<0.01);顺利取环成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:术前应用尼尔雌醇与米索前列醇有利于宫颈软化及扩张,取环成功率高,痛苦小,方法简便安全。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nilestriol and misoprostol in the pre-treatment of premenopausal women. Methods: A total of 204 menopausal women with or without menopause were randomly divided into two groups: 120 cases in the observation group and 84 cases in the control group. The observation group received nilestriol and misoprostol before taking the ring, while the control group did not need any drugs. Observation of two groups of cervical softening degree and expansion, take the ring success rate. Results: Cervical softening and dilation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.01). The successful rate of successful cyclization was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Preoperative application of nilestriol and misoprostol is helpful for cervical softening and dilation. The successful rate of taking the ring is high and the pain is small. The method is simple and safe.
