微纳空心镍球作为一种新型功能材料有着广阔的应用背景,目前的制备方法工艺复杂。针对火花放电制备微纳空心镍球的工艺研究过程中存在的问题,运用TRIZ理论的冲突解决理论和物场分析方法对电火花制备微纳空心镍球的技术提出一种改进方法———超声电火花复合加工。在这种方法中,使用了旋转多电极加工方法,以期产生更多的蚀除量,利用超声空化技术使工作液中产生更多的气泡,并使用曝气装置来有效地控制气泡的大小。
Micro-nano hollow nickel ball as a new type of functional materials has a broad application background, the current preparation method is complicated. Aiming at the problems existing in the research process of micro / nano hollow nickel spheres prepared by spark discharge, this paper presents an improved method for the preparation of micro / nano hollow nickel spheres by EDM using TRIZ theory of conflict resolution theory and object field analysis method --- ultrasonic EDM processing. In this method, a rotary multi-electrode processing method is used in order to produce more etching amount, the ultrasonic cavitation technique is used to generate more bubbles in the working fluid, and an aeration apparatus is used to effectively control the size of the bubbles .
