去年以来,由于出现了一连串经济问题,人们对改革的前景,对特区存在的意义都一度产生了怀疑。今年初由中央主持召开的特区工作会议又一次明确了“特区还要继续特下去”,这说明中央再次肯定了特区在中国经济体制改革中的地位和意义。为了让大家充分了解这次会议的精神,本刊记者特地走访了经济学界和政府部门一些人士,他们从各自的角度畅谈了对特区的看法,其中既有对过去十年的回顾和总结,又有对未来的展望和思考,相信读者看了之后会有所收获。
Since last year, due to a series of economic problems, people once cast doubt on the prospect of reform and the significance of the existence of the SAR. The work conference for the special region convened by the central authorities earlier this year once again made it clear that “the SAR should continue to be governed.” This shows that the Central Government reaffirmed the status and significance of the SEZs in the reform of China’s economic structure. In order to fully understand the spirit of this meeting, our correspondents specially visited some people in the field of economics and government departments. They talked about the views of the SAR from their respective perspectives. Both of them reviewed and summarized the past ten years. There are future prospects and thinking, I believe readers will see some gains.
