北京市作为我国首都,在城市发展的各个方面面临诸多问题。借助北京市四大功能区的区域划分方法,本文对北京市产业结构问题进行了实证分析,选取区位商等有效实证指标,分析了四大功能区2004年至2013年间的产业结构状况与发展趋势,并据此对北京市未来的产业结构优化与发展提出了相关建议。
As the capital of our country, Beijing faces many problems in all aspects of urban development. With the method of regional division of the four major functional areas in Beijing, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the industrial structure in Beijing, selects valid indicators such as location quotas, and analyzes the industrial structure and development trends of the four major functional areas from 2004 to 2013 Based on this, some suggestions are put forward for the optimization and development of Beijing’s industrial structure in the future.
