先天性髋关节脱位,病因尚不完全明确,病理改变复杂,治疗方法亦多。其中对保守无效或失败后的手术治疗,国内外学者提出了许多行之有效的方法。我们对近10年间,我院所行四种主要术式治疗效果,进行了随访,并进行了术式选择探讨,现报告如下。 临床资料 从1985—1996年,我院共收治先天性髋关节脱位行手术治疗126例。资料完整和得到随访共105例(140 Congenital dislocation of the hip, the etiology is not yet fully clear, complex pathological changes, treatment methods and more.
