以渭北旱塬5年生酿酒葡萄\\\"赤霞珠\\\"为试材,生长季节研究了4种不同叶幕厚度(40、60、80cm和对照)下葡萄叶片光合指标、冠层光合特性,以及果实酚类物质含量的差异。结果表明:生长期控制叶幕厚度能在一定程度上提高\\\"赤霞珠\\\"葡萄叶片和冠层的光合特性,较薄的叶幕能显著提高果实中糖、花色苷、种子总酚以及不同分子大小聚合色素的含量,但叶幕厚度对\\\"赤霞珠\\\"葡萄果皮中总酚、果皮和种子中总类黄酮含量无影响。总体而言,渭北旱塬\\\"赤霞珠\\\"葡萄在生长季节的叶幕厚度以40cm为宜。
