我公司出口北美的产品中有一种齿圈类零件,材质为60#钢。在调质处理过程中发生批量裂纹事故。我公司对此高度重视,从多方面对裂纹产生的原因认真进行分析研究,包括原材料的表面质量、非金属夹杂物、锻造工艺过程、锻坯结构形状以及调质工艺等诸多方面进行了分析。经过多次地分析试验,我们认为:裂纹的产生不能单纯的认定为某种原因单独影响的结果,而是由多种原因同时作用产生的。本篇文章是对整个分析过程的概述,比较全面的对这次裂纹事故进行探析。
