目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)及其受体 (Flt ,Flk)在博莱霉素致大鼠肺纤维化肺组织中的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化方法结合图像分析处理系统 ,研究VEGF及其受体在博莱霉素致肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中的免疫反应。结果 :VEGF在正常对照组大鼠肺组织中呈弱表达 ,在肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中呈高表达。Flt及Flk在正常对照组大鼠肺组织中呈弱表达 ,在肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中呈较高表达。结论 :VEGF及其受体在博莱霉素致大鼠肺纤维化肺组织中的高表达与肺纤维化的发生发展有
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor (Flt, Flk) in bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis in rats. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and image analysis system were used to study the immune response of VEGF and its receptor in lung tissue of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Results: VEGF was weakly expressed in lung tissue of normal control rats and high in lung tissues of rats with pulmonary fibrosis. Flt and Flk were weakly expressed in lung tissue of normal control rats and higher in lung tissues of rats with pulmonary fibrosis. Conclusion: The high expression of VEGF and its receptor in pulmonary tissue of bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis and the development of pulmonary fibrosis
