专业生产高速钢刀具的厂家,其材料消耗大、价值高,原材料成本占总成品的55％以上。提高热处理内在质量是保证刀具产品质量的关键所在。我厂是一个年产值近千万元的刀具生产企业,热处理工序质量检查以往采用破坏性硬度测试,同时还进行金相组织检查和切削性能测试。据统计,单就硬度检查这一项,每年耗资即达二万元之多,加之金相检查和切削性能测试,其检查费用将更加可观。
