应用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)的逆行传递技术研究了大鼠尾壳复合体的传入性联系。观察表明,HRP输入尾壳复合体后,标记神经元可在新皮质、丘脑束旁核、中央中核、丘脑后核、黑质密带、网带和外侧区、内侧丘系内、红核腹侧及后外侧、中脑网状结构、被盖腹侧区(包括束间核、红核腹内侧区)、脚间核、中缝线形核、中缝中央上核、中缝背核和被盖背、腹交叉间部位见到。以上标记均为同侧性;偶然可在被盖腹侧区的对侧观察到个别标记神经元。大脑新皮质部位的标记在第Ⅴ层。在丘脑后核、黑质网带、内侧丘系、中脑网状结构,束间核、脚间核、中缝线形核和中缝中央上核部位出现的标记神经元为数较少。
The retrograde transmission of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was used to investigate the afferent connection of rat tail shell complex. The results showed that HRP could be expressed in neocortex, parafascicular nucleus, central nucleus, posterior nucleus of thalamic nucleus, substantia nigra pars compacta, reticular band and lateral zone, medial crestal system, Lateral and posterolateral, midbrain reticular structures, the ventral area of the ventral region (including the intercostal nucleus, the ventral medial area of the red nucleus), the interphalangeal nucleus, the medial suture nucleus, the medial sulcus, the dorsal raphe nucleus and the lid Back, abdominal cross site to see. The above markers are ipsilateral; incidentally, individual labeled neurons can be observed on the opposite side of the ventral region of the lid. The neocortical site of the brain is marked on the fifth floor. There were fewer labeled neurons in the posterior thalamic nucleus, substantia nigra mesh, medial cortex, midbrain reticular formation, intercostal nucleus, intermediate nucleus, suture nucleus, and medial sulcus.
