异氰酸酯是导致职业性哮喘的主要致病因素之一,选择合适的异氰酸酯生物标志物,对开展异氰酸酯暴露的生物监测,实现异氰酸酯易感者的早期预警、早期干预等具有重要的意义。作者就职业暴露异氰酸酯生物标志物的研究进展做一综述,以期为更好地保护异氰酸酯暴露者提供依据。
Isocyanates are one of the major causative agents of occupational asthma. Choosing the appropriate isocyanate biomarkers is of great importance to biological monitoring of isocyanate exposure, early warning of susceptible isocyanates and early intervention. The author reviews the progress of the biomarker of occupational exposure to isocyanates in order to provide a basis for better protection of the exposed isocyanate.
