在中等职业教育的规模扩张阶段,师资短缺是全国职业教育的共性问题。本文以四川为例,讨论了西部地区中等职业教育师资队伍建设中存在的问题,提出了相应的政策建议。
In the stage of the expansion of secondary vocational education, the shortage of teachers is the common problem of vocational education in our country. Taking Sichuan as an example, this paper discusses the problems existing in the construction of secondary vocational education teachers in western regions and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
