湍流模型采用k-ε模型和壁面函数模型相结合,燃烧反应采用简单的燃烧化学反应模型,辐射传热方程采用通量法求解,在不加入辐射传热和加入辐射传热两种情况下分别对某一轧钢加热炉进行数值仿真,得出炉内流场、温度场、组分场、湍动能、湍动能耗散率等参数的基本分布状况,以及计入辐射传热更加符合工程实际的结论。
The turbulence model uses the k-ε model and the wall function model. Combustion reaction uses a simple combustion chemical reaction model.
