本文通过对B1031单臂刨床整体立柱两次裂纹的原因分析,指出铸件的裂纹并非是由于热应力使铸件产生弯曲变形而引起的,并用简化后进行定量分析的方法对铸件设计成对称结构时冷裂倾向增大的可能性作了定性的说明。文章提出并分析了引起1~#立柱冷隔的大型铸铁件地坑铸型的刚性问题以及提高地坑刚性减少铸件缩沉的措施。还分析了双快水泥自硬砂的容让性及其对薄壁太空腔铸铁件冷裂的影响。
