我们阜新市计委金属回收办公室,在市计委和物资局的领导下,坚持统一计划,加强管理工作,调动各部门的积极性,努力保证生产需要,较好地完成了废金属回收管理任务。八二年,全市共回收废钢铁41,732吨,超额60.5％完成了全年计划,比上年增长56.6％;上交22,056吨,超额计划30％,比上年增长28.4％;地方利用7,612吨,比计划和上年都增长一倍多。有色三杂也超额完成了回收上交计划。
