仲秋红枣是在山东省济南市仲宫镇、张夏镇、十六里河镇从40年生蒸食大枣种质资源中选育的枣优良新品种。果实圆柱形,平均单果重23.5 g,最大单果重38.1 g,果实紫红色;果肉绿白色,肉质硬脆,汁液中多,清甜味浓,略有酸味,鲜食品质上等;脆熟期果实可溶性固形物含量29.30%,总糖含量27.57%,总酸含量0.38%,维生素C含量4 100.00 mg/kg,可食率96.90%;完全成熟期果实可溶性固形物含量32.40%,总糖含量28.58%,总酸含量0.36%,维生素C含量3 600.00 mg/kg,果肉硬度12.60 kg/cm~2,粗纤维含量1.9%,出干率56.80%;可作为加工枣泥、枣糕的原料;在山东省济南市,果实9月下旬成熟。2009年12月通过山东省林木品种审定委员会审定。
