其父 ,6 9岁。因进行性吞咽困难 4月余于 2 0 0 0年 9月 6日入院。食管镜检查示 :距门齿 2 2～ 2 5ｃｍ处狭窄 ,粘膜糜烂。活检病理示 :鳞状细胞癌 ,而行手术治疗 ,经右胸三切口食管癌切除胃代食管颈部吻合 ,术后一度出现急性左心衰及心肌梗塞 ,经抢救成功 ,住院 3 7天痊愈出院
