1 基本情况 黑河市辖区内拥有医疗卫生机构980所,病床6005张,其中黑河地方拥有235所,国有151所。全市有85所乡镇卫生院,其中中心卫生院21所,一般乡镇卫生院64所。全市有854个村,设村卫生所785个,占总村数的92％,其中村集体办所581个,占村卫生所总数的74％,个体办所273个。 全市共有卫生技术人员4684名,高级职称170名,中级职称1313名,其中有乡村医生1431人(其中医生603人,卫生员828人)。其学历大专、本科67人,中专或相当于中专学历的740人。
1 Basic situation There are 980 medical and health institutions and 6,005 beds in the area of Heihe City, of which 235 are in Heihe and 151 are state-owned. The city has 85 township health centers, including 21 central health centers and 64 township health centers. There are 854 villages in the city, with 785 village clinics, accounting for 92% of the total number of villages. There are 581 village collective offices, accounting for 74% of the total number of village clinics and 273 individual offices. The city has a total of 4,684 health technicians, 170 senior professional titles, and 1,313 intermediate professional titles, including 1,431 rural doctors (including 603 doctors and 828 hygienists). Its academic qualifications, undergraduate 67, technical secondary school or equivalent of 740 people.
