病例报告患儿张××。男,七个月,于生后发现右侧鼻部畸形。临床检查:颜面右侧,自鼻小柱右缘向上,沿鼻尖向右侧鼻背、鼻根至右侧内訾、泪囊部,向下至右侧鼻孔部,有一1.5cm×1.2cm 左右的组织缺损(见照片)。在此区域内之鼻翼、鼻背及部分泪骨等均来发生。其缺损边缘皮肤完好,鼻中隔、鼻前庭外露.中、下鼻甲可辨。右侧颜面略低于左侧。其余全身各部一般检查,尚来见有明显畸形。
