一个民营企业的老板曾经问过作者一个问题:刚创业时大家工作热情极高,表现出的奉献精神至今令人感动;现在企业大了,员工多了,相应的奖励与惩罚制度也完善了,但是,员工的奉献精神却消失了,甚至最早一起创业的人也开始斤斤计较了。这是不是意味着,“制度越多,员工越自私”?怎样避免这种现象?。上期专栏内容对管理制度与文化理念对人的行为的作用机理进行了探讨,本期将继续就这个问题进行分析。
