Since the central government made the major deployment of supply-side structural reform, there have been many unscrambleings on the structural reform of the supply-side in society. The mixed interpretation has, to some extent, caused confusion and even misunderstanding on the structural reform of the supply-side in various sectors of society . What is the ultimate goal of the structural reform made by the central government on the supply side? Where is the focus of structural reform on the supply side of the petroleum and petrochemical industries?
