Effective principal leadership should be reflected in: Making the right things! The 18th CPC National Congress places education for development on the improvement of people’s livelihood and social construction, putting forward efforts to improve people’s satisfaction with education. To do people’s satisfaction education, the principal is the key. As the first Qilu principals in Shandong Province, I have my own studio. In 2013, after coming to Laoshan District of Qingdao City, I applied for the famous studio of president of Qingdao again. At present, the studio is composed of 10 principals and two invited specialists, including the headmaster of West Han Elementary School in Laoshan District, Han River Primary School, and three vice presidents of our school.
